Class of 3000 – The Cure

A few years ago I worked on a Cartoon Network show called Class of 3000, which was Executive Produced by Andre 3000 from Outkast. Every episode featured a music video for a song that Andre would produce for the show. My job was to edit the music videos, add effects, and sometimes animate the videos using various still elements that the artists would create for me. In this video I built the stage in 3D space in after effects using 2D stills, did all of the motion animation of the characters and camera movements, and added the flash effects and spot lights etc. It's really just a complex motion graphics piece using cartoon characters instead of typography.
